- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Feb08 2017 update : She did it again. Two parcels, same address correctly labeled, one got through, one rejected. If you have rejected mail call 1-800-ASK-USPS right away. Original post: New Postmaster is arrogant, rude and not from Point Roberts. She will reject shipments at random. There WAS a review on here that Mysteriously disappeared when the new PostMaster rejected a shipment of heart medication. The address was the same that they have been using for years. Similar story here, I have been here for 25 years and NEVER had a problem until this person from South of Blaine came in. All sorts of shipments have been rejected and I told them I would be filing a complaint if it happened again. She told me to "get a life". So I went to all the other mail outlets and they found NOTHING wrong with the address I was using. Common consensus is that she is a high paid worker that is ABOVE us here in this very small town. If you have an issue with rejected mail, Complain to USPS in Seattle right away! The sooner she's out of here, everything will be back to normal (and she'll be happier too).By Mike Anand, May 05, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The USPS is an obsolte institution and needs to be retired. This outlet is the best example of the worst service. The office is only open on Saturdays from 12:15 - 13:15...what they do not advertise is that the worde open is subjective. They do not do any transactions on Saturday that require money. That is you cannot ship, or receive parcels with postage due. Pretty much useless. They are a government insitution and will not vary from their mandate.
